Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging.

- Final-sale or clearance items marked as such at checkout

How to Start a Return
Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return, and we'll share the next steps and a return address.
Refund Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
